Cytoplasm is the jelly-like liquid that fills the cell. It is made up of mostly water and salt. This organelle works with all of the others by surrounding and protecting them so they can do their functions. Cytoplasm contain enzymes with it to break down waste and give the cell the shape it has. It cushions all of the other organelles.
